Developing a safe and efficient solution for this historic building conversion from derelict former night club to best in class apart-hotel for Cringle Corporation has been a collaboration between our team and Halliday Meecham Architects. Delivering a coherent design has been achieved through a close collaboration with Watermans  (MEP)  and Elluc Projects (Structures) with CBRE providing cost and project management.
